CANCELLATION POLICY
 
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule you. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled services. If you reschedule/cancel 3 times before 24 hours, you will be banned from booking another appointment. 
 
DEPOSITS
 
All deposits are non - refundable unless appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours. 
 
NO SHOW POLICY
 
If you (the client) do not show up for scheduled appointment and have not notified the artist, you will be charged 100% of the total service. You will also be banned from booking another appointment.
 
LATE POLICY
 
All clients are required to arrive on time to their scheduled appointments. If client is more than 10 min late, they will be rescheduled for another time. If client is late, the artist will do what they can in the allotted time, and not go over time to compensate for lateness. 
For new clients, it is suggested to arrive 10 minutes early for parking and thorough consultation.
